The Inspire Synergy exists to “raise a generation of excellent leaders in the marketplace”. We believe that God has called us to extend his reign here on earth by influencing the spheres of society through enforcing the rule of His Kingdom.

The wide disconnect between the workplace skills needed and what is being taught in tertiary institutions leaves the majority of the young people unemployed. There has been increasing advocacy for the change of our education curriculums in Africa so as to suit the needs of the employers. In order to empower and enable the youth achieve their aspirations, the Inspire Mentorship Program has been initiated. This program will bridge the skillset gap between the employer, investors and the workforce and the much needed entrepreneurial skills in Africa to create jobs.

Our conviction is that Africa today needs the Solomons(Youth) who are to build the temple/Africa. Our fore Fathers fought for independence and now it’s time for Africa to build and shine. The Youth being the majority, making us the youngest continent in the world, spells it clearly that the Youth are the future and current for Africa.

Therefore, the mentorship Program will focus on exposing the young people to the necessary skills and professionals (Mentors) who will guide them towards finding solutions for our continent but also influence their countries policies. Inspire Synergy has chosen to take responsibility of the African continent.

The specific objectives of the Inspire Mentorship Program (IMP) therefore are:

1. To expose the young people to the marketplace operations through creating internship opportunities to grow their skills and careers.
2. To interest the youth to participate in national and local development processes
3. To create a youth hub that will incubate ideas and raise entrepreneurs for Africa.

To ground the young people into Kingdom minded people through their daily adoption to enforcing biblical principles.
