Joanna has over 10 years’ experience working with human resources and administration. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in human resources.

She holds Bachelors of Arts in organizational studies and communication skills. She is a seasoned human resources practitioner with experience providing HR advice and services to international non-governmental organisations.

She has experience in talent acquisition, management and development, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring. She has spent her most recent years in a business partnering role thus has a good understanding and experience working with projects to deliver high quality and tailor made human resource services. Joanna is hard working, with proven communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. She has demonstrated experience strengthening teams she works with but also has been able to deliver high quality results as an individual. She has experience working with human resources information systems. Joanna is a strategic thinker, drives results and has creatively utilized Human Resources initiatives to support teams achieve business goals.
