Nokuthula Ngonyama is leader and an entrepreneur in the Information and Technology sector, having founded Nmarjorie Business Consulting and country Managing Director of Applied Principles South Africa. She has been part of the Financial Services and IT industry for a period of more than 18 years in different critical positions, whilst her experience in the corporate sector is short of 22 years. She has had a great exposure to the international markets, having had an opportunity to work in projects in both in the Unites States and Leeds (UK). She further has great experience and exposure in working within the African markets, having spent part of her career in Standard Bank as part of the Rest of Africa holding different positions across different business units.
Nokuthula is a philanthropist at heart, with much passion for women and young girls; having established the House of Pearls Foundation, an organisation that drives Women’s rights with much emphasis on young girls.
