Ernest is a Christian Lawyer, Writer, Educationist and Transformational Leadership Enthusiast. He holds a Bachelors of Laws, Diploma in Legal Practice (LDC), Diploma in Ministry, Master of Business Administration, ICSA Associateship (ACIS) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Christian Education and a Doctor of Transformational Leadership.
He is an alumni of the Institute for National Transformation (INT). Ernest attends Kasangati Full Gospel Church where he serves as a Deacon and oversees the Discipleship, Youths, and Projects/Outreach Ministries.
He is a Principal Inspectorate Officer in the Legal Directorate of the Inspectorate of Government where he is the Chairperson of the IG Altar/Fellowship.
He is also the Director/Chairman Board of Directors of Transform Educational Centre, a Christian Secondary School in Kasangati Town Council.
Ernest serves on a number of Boards including Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS) – Uganda, Scripture Union of Uganda (SU), Child Evangelism Fellowship of Uganda (CEF), the Centre for Advanced Strategic Leadership (CASTLE Think-Tank), the Oakseed Association (Alumni Association of INT).
Ernest is passionate about Transformational Leadership, Christian Thought Leadership, Christian Education, Corporate Governance, Youth & Leadership Mentorship, and Research.
His desire is to support persons and groups to fulfill their purpose by attaining their full potential in Christ Jesus.
