Jessica Layado Kamugisha is a creative, a communications strategist, writer, editor and writing coach with Audacious Consulting and a public relations manager with Daybreak Group.
Jessica is a podcaster at ‘Moment of Sanity with Jessica Layado’ which can be found on Anchor, Google Play, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. She also is the founder and CEO Of Layado’s, an online pastry shop that makes fantastic chocolate chip cookies.
A teacher by calling, she has worked through many different phases and forms of this call; ranging from teaching at a primary school, to working with special education needs children at Rainbow International School Uganda, to being a facilitator with Family Life Network and at various youth and children camps including our very own BREAK camp.
As a writer, Jessica blogs at layado.blogspot.com; a blog she started at 18. She was an in-house writer for the Inspiration and Self-improvement category of Vodafone Jump and the One Question Network.
She is married to Peter Kamugisha and is a mother of one daughter, Stephanie Laker.
